JOINING N/A’AN KU SÊ’S ECO-VOLUNTEER CONSERVATION SAFARI OFFERS YOU A UNIQUE HANDS ON OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE PART IN THE CONSERVATION OF THREATENED AFRICAN WILDLIFE AND VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES. YOU WILL GET INVOLVED FIRST HAND WITH ALL ASPECTS OF OUR CONSERVATION PROGRAMMES.

Begin your journey at our Wildlife Santuary near Windhoek where you will stay in our luxury Lodge.  Here you will get to care for, feed and rehabilitate orphaned and injured wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, caracals and meerkats.  You will also meet the San children of the families who work at N/a’an ku sê and see firsthand the teaching they receive from our Clever Clubs School recently opened on the sanctuary grounds.

Supplied with a fully equipped 4x4 Land Rover, the second part of your tour will take you South where you will participate in our carnivore tracking research programme.  In the stunning surrounds of the NamibRand Nature Reserve, you will track wild cheetahs and leopards which have been moved to the safety of this conservation area from potentially life treatening situations.

A third location available on your tailor-made safari is the San Bushman land of Epikuro in the East of Namibia.  One of the N/a’an ku sê's key aims it to improve the lives of the poverty stricken San community through education, employment and healthcare.  In Epukiro we provide free primary healthcare through our Lifeline Clinic.  Our resident volunteer doctor will give you a tour of the clinic, as well as the village, where you will meet the native Namibian San Community.
